Questionnaires posted for 3/25 candidate forum
Our endorsement meeting for the June election will be on March 25, the same night as our regular members' meeting.
Our endorsement meeting will be at our office, 2973 16th St, #300, SF - note that this is across the street from our old office in the Redstone Building. The event is open to the public and all are invited!
In order to spend more time with candidates our members want to speak with, we will only interview candidates who at least 2 active members want to invite. However, all candidates are welcome to come and listen.
Please read candidates' answers to our questionnaires in advance, so we don't ask them questions they've already answered on the record
Congress: Connie Chan, Omed Hamid, Saikat Chakrabarti (received 2 days late)
School Board: Virginia Cheung, Brandee Marckmann
D4 Supe: Natalie Gee, Jeremy Greco, David Lee

Butch Ware at UC Law on Feb 9

There will be an *in-person event with Dr. Butch Ware at UC Law San Francisco (located near the Civic Center at 200 McAllister St, SF) on Monday, February 9th at 12:30pm-1:30pm*. Lunch will also be provided, so they ask that all attendees RSVP by Sunday night. This is an excellent opportunity to meet with Butch if you live in the city and have yet to see him in person. The event is being hosted by the UC Law National Lawyers Guild chapter, along with Students for Immigrant Rights and Abolition and Prison Outreach.
*RSVPs are required for this event*. The students organizing this event have also informed me that attendees must bring their *photo IDs* and *check in at the front desk *upon entry to receive a nametag that must be worn while on campus.
Revolutionary Rally - Butch Ware for Cali

Revolution is needed. Reform isn’t enough. Many fear revolutionary
change, but we ain’t scared. Revolution means a rotation of the wheel,
so those on the bottom can rise up.
Join Butch Ware as he welcomes ROGER WATERS, LAUREN JAUREGUI, SAMMY
OBEID, ANGELICA ROSS, and special surprise guests, for an afternoon of
discussions, sets, and songs to fuel the uprising. Fascism cannot be
reformed; it must be defeated. And all successful liberation movements
are rooted in revolutionary resolve and love.
Help us rally the forces needed to bring a political revolution to
California, America, and the world.
